On National Get to Know Your Customers Day, we’re celebrating Dorigo’s Product Success Teams!

Navigating constant changes within electronics manufacturing requires teamwork and Dorigo’s Product Success specialists are key to delivering an exceptional experience. We’re constantly monitoring and rating the service we provide to ensure we bring the most innovative products to market.

Dorigo’s Product Success Teams are trained to use the highest levels of collaboration, communication and commitment to ensure we build it right the first time. Each team consists of a Product Engineer, Buyer, Material Planner and Account Manager. These team members collaborate with each of Dorigo’s customers to address their engineering, supply chain, production, and quality concerns — resulting in a seamless partnership experience that produces timely and quality products for the customers.

Both Thomas and Alexa joined Dorigo’s growing Product Success team as Account Managers last year. They see first-hand how Dorigo is doing things differently.

“Right from the start, I spent time understanding our customers’ expectations. I was already aware of what they were trying to achieve based on how Dorigo introduced me to the accounts I oversee. This level of transparency, when combined with good technology, product diversity and flexibility is what sets Dorigo apart from other electronics manufacturers,” says Thomas.

Dorigo’s Product Success Teams have a clear and proactive mandate to ensure customers gain value with Dorigo as a partner.

“Good customer services requires that we are good listeners, accessible and timely with answers,” states Alexa. “The big difference at Dorigo Systems is that we take a team approach where team members are focused on specific accounts which builds trust between us and our customers.”

Dorigo Systems’ Product Success Team is continuing to improve service in 2023 by focusing on order reports and increasing transparency to customers. Together, we’re working to ensure stability, reliability and quality for customers.
