Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform SMT operations from simple to difficult on printed circuit board
  • Operate Panasonic pick-and-place equipment
  • Setup and operate EKRA and Panasonic Solder Paste Printers
  • Operate BTU Reflow Oven
  • Operate Aqueous PCB Washer Machine

Responsibilities:

  • Generate manufacturing schedules using the best combination of tools and systems;

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the successful candidate have knowledge of conformal coating (the application of acrylic and silicone spray), or be willing to learn!  The working hours will be 9.30 am - 6.00 pm Monday through Friday.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Under general guidance with limited supervision, the successful candidate will perform conformal coating and other related tasks as assigned;

  • Operate conformal coating machine and inspect results with an ability to communicate and report on key quality, output data and possible improvements to higher level operators or supervisors;

  • Review pick lists/or Bills of Material for accuracy.

  • Label kits clearly and update all department related documents.

  • Use tools or operate power driven equipment to drill, rivet, insert parts or components, cut and shape components, crimp, connect wires, wire wrap, perform wiring and prepare wires. Wires may include shielded wires, and solder sleeve assemblies, and tasks may include strip, tin, twist and wire identification by tagging.
  • Operate Go / No go test equipment.
  • Work with colour coded materials.
  • Perform washing, degreasing, masking, spraying preparation, unmasking and touch-up operations for conformal coating or other applications.
