Dorigo Systems currently has a requirement for a permanent, full-time Customer Project Coordinator to join our growing EMS manufacturing company. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between the customer and all levels of the manufacturing process to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enter, maintain, and manage customer purchase orders using Expandable ERP software.
  • Create and manage work orders in Expandable ERP system.
  • Act as focal point and liaison to customer for all scheduling and order delivery issues.
  • Track and communicate any deviations outside of the original purchase order to all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate between Purchasing and customer to ensure that all required raw materials arrive in a timely fashion to allow for on time delivery of finished assemblies.
  • Coordinate between Engineering and Manufacturing departments to ensure proper revision control.
  • Monitor assembly/build progress and provide customer support from point-of-order through to final delivery.
  • Participate in manufacturing operations meetings and provide continuous improvement suggestions.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and ethics codes, and follow Dorigo Systems' ISO9001:2015 quality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to insure the success of projects, individuals, and the company.

  • Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office suite of tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, etc).
  • Experience in EMS industry and/or degree in Operations Management is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Expandable ERP software, exposure to computerized inventory control and production scheduling, and/or experience within an ISO9001:2015 environment an asset.
